Change Agent

Life happens. Every moment, every motion. We're born. We breathe, eat, grow. We live.
Along the way, surrounded by family, we branch out. We go to and through school. We find friends. We find love. We extend our family. We work.
We - if we're lucky- battle through the minutae of daily travails on a consistent basis. We work.
We work and work and work. And along the way, we may forget what it means to live.
Life is, you see, a journey- with only given, assured destination. The songs we sing; the laughs we share; the loves we have, build or lose; the people with whom we interact- these are the merits of the day. Pushing beyond our norms, and our comfort zones. Making the hard choices, the correct choices. This is what and where we head.
And yet, at the end of the journey, on this road, it's this assessment, and effort, that builds into the memories that live on. For passed grandparents, parents, loved ones. Friends.
When the moment arrives, and it will, and it does, time stops. That brief catch of breath. That natural numbness we call shock. The dulling anesthetic of importance. One that - when it lifts- allows the cold wash of reality to resume.
We lost a WoW family member this past week. I, personally, lost a friend.
We, in Armored Justice, did our best to honor Dizfigure last evening. In guild since 2005, we faced Heroic Morchok(25) without him.
As is our want, as is our charter, we did him proud. We continued our journey in the process.
We are Armored Justice. Be the Hero.
